PhD Food Science and Technology

Superior University’s PhD Food Science and Technology program focuses on the development of scientific and technological approaches to the study of food and food systems, intending to improve the safety, quality, and sustainability of food. The students get the opportunity to work with the leading researchers in food sciences while gaining a deep understanding of the scientific principles that underlie food production, processing, preservation, and safety. Graduates of the program will be well prepared for careers in food research and development, food safety and quality, and food policy and regulation.

Eligibility Criteria: M.Phil./MS/MSc. Hons. degree in Food Technology, Agriculture Food Technology, Food Science and Technology, Food Quality Management, Food & Nutrition, Dairy Technology and Food Service Management or equivalent degree with minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Out of 4.0 in the semester system) is required.
